Plant Operations Manager

Express Employment is seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee the activities of our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant operations, manufacturing processes, and standardized work procedures.
- Lead a team of production supervisors to ensure seamless operations across all shifts.
- Collaborate with finance and sales & marketing teams to drive sales objectives and improve overall plant performance.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and reduce waste.
- Monitor and analyze operational labor metrics, improvement in the Team Improvement Process, and OEE metrics.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management.
- 8 years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.
