13. Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
14. Have a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
15. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Previous experience in a leadership role focused on Engineering/Continuous Improvement within a multi-plant setting is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a multi-plant environment and willingness to travel is required.
