- Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, SolidWorks) to design specialized equipment.
- Ensure successful completion of engineering projects by establishing objectives, budgets, timelines, and monitoring progress.
- Lead automation initiatives in partnership with external collaborators, managing the entire process from inception to completion.
- Coordinate the design, procurement, and installation of machinery and equipment, working in close alignment with Plant Operations.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure equipment is updated with cutting-edge technology.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Contribute to the maintenance of safe and organized work environments at both corporate and plant levels.
- Promote collaboration across various plants and business units to drive operational improvements.
- Effectively manage projects, including resource planning, cost forecasting, and scheduling.
- Provide support for capital projects after delivery by working alongside operations and maintenance teams.
- Ensure safety protocols and proper training are in place during project initiation.
- Assist in the development of new products by creating prototypes and ensuring they are manufacturable.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for equipment and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with continuous flow manufacturing, standardized work, and pull systems is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in CAD software including AutoCAD, DraftSight, and SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with PLC and HMI programming, as well as support and troubleshooting capabilities.
