Required Competencies

Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to lift weights frequently, up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in an outdoor setting, exposed to varying weather conditions.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Compensation
Starting pay is $20.20 per hour, with comprehensive benefits available after 90 days of full-time employment.

Work Schedule
Full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week, including:
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 4x10 schedule
  • Overtime opportunities

Experience Requirement
Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Location
This position requires in-person attendance.
