- Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and improve overall performance.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing 10-60 employees, with a focus on safety, quality, and production goals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting production targets and deadlines.
