Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster the expansion and enhancement of Swire Coca-Cola and its associated products by establishing trust with clients, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring that accounts are displayed in accordance with corporate guidelines and the Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA).
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at each client site. Place orders for products to be delivered while maintaining adequate inventory levels for consumer purchases.
  • Oversee and replenish customer beverage sections, construct displays, stock coolers, and ensure all points of availability are adequately supplied, adhering to company standards.
  • Supervise merchandising staff and collaborate with bulk delivery personnel to guarantee that accounts are stocked and displays are constructed in compliance with corporate standards and store management.
  • Maintain backroom stock areas in a safely accessible and organized manner within the designated storage space. Document credits and verify that they are prepared for collection by bulk delivery personnel.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven history of establishing robust business relationships within the industry.
  • Familiarity with promotional strategies, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Outlook, and PDF readers on iPhone and iPad devices.
  • Driving record must comply with Swire's vehicle policy requirements (valid driver's license and clean/current MVR).
