The starting salary for our Client Support Specialist position is $20.00 per hour.

As a Client Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the face of the branch, delivering outstanding customer service to every visitor, every time.
  • Preparing quotes, work orders, and invoices, and processing payments for all services rendered.
  • Scheduling and assigning work orders to the appropriate team members.
  • Addressing customer inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Opening and closing the branch, utilizing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A valid state-issued Driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
