Position Overview:
This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as a strategic HR partner across various business units and manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards across all locations.
- Formulate strategic HR initiatives that align with the overarching business objectives, focusing on areas such as talent development, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, providing insights on recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
- Manage employee relations by mediating conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development programs.
- Lead organizational development initiatives that foster growth and adaptability in a competitive market.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess workforce needs and devise succession planning strategies.
- Offer strategic counsel to leadership on HR matters, aiding in informed decision-making.
- Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover and employee engagement, to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in labor legislation that may affect the organization.
- Uphold safety standards to ensure a secure work environment and support leadership in reinforcing these practices.
- Engage in additional projects as required by the business or HR function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, particularly in management roles.
- Proven success in leading and developing HR teams.
- Strong grasp of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and compensation structures.
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce and cultivate a positive work environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.

Scope:
This position encompasses support for multiple business units, partnering directly with General Managers and their teams across various functions.
Physical Demands:
This role requires prolonged periods of standing and sitting, effective communication, and the ability to navigate manufacturing environments.
Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security (EHS&S) Requirements:
Compliance with EHS&S standards is integral to all operations, and immediate reporting of incidents is essential to maintain safety priorities.
