- Strategic Partnerships: Foster collaborative relationships across various departments, ensuring effective communication and cooperation, particularly in multicultural environments.
- Policy Interpretation: Provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring all employees and managers understand their implications.
- Compliance Assurance: Educate employees on company and governmental regulations, emphasizing the importance of adherence.
- Policy Management: Propose and implement updates to HR policies to maintain consistency in employee relations and compliance with legal standards.
- Performance Management: Oversee the employee performance evaluation process, including goal setting, coaching, and feedback mechanisms.
- Associate Relations: Advise management on effective associate relations practices and ensure adherence to established policies.
- HR Team Leadership: Guide HR team members in areas such as benefits, training, and HR information systems.
- Global HR Collaboration: Design and execute corporate-wide HR programs, including presentations to executive leadership and collaboration with Global HR initiatives.
- Employee Support: Provide ongoing support to employees and management across various locations, ensuring HR practices are aligned with business needs.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably within OEM and Tier 1 environments, with a strong background in managing HR teams.
Skills: Knowledge of Employment Law is preferred. Bilingual candidates (English & Korean) are encouraged to apply.
