Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR business partner role or a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment and talent management.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and related software.
