Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and compile information on healthcare providers, pharmacies, clinics, and other medical establishments to identify potential clients.
- Perform outbound calls to confirm client eligibility.
- Schedule appointments with targeted pharmacies, physicians, clinics, and pharmacy partner accounts.
- Collaborate with sales team members and management to facilitate subsequent client sales meetings.
- Establish, maintain, and nurture successful client relationships.
- Effectively communicate Aurio's competitive advantages by demonstrating how our solutions can help clients achieve their objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing necessary support to meet their requirements.
- Consistently meet or exceed all performance targets.
- Accurately document all sales activities in the system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Zoom, and familiar with CRM/ATS systems.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant background in sales, pharmaceuticals, biomedicine, or biology is preferred.
