Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and compile information on healthcare providers, pharmacies, clinics, and other medical establishments to identify potential clients.
  • Perform outbound calls to confirm client eligibility.
  • Schedule appointments with targeted pharmacies, physicians, clinics, and pharmacy partner accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and management to facilitate subsequent client sales meetings.
  • Establish, maintain, and nurture successful client relationships.
  • Effectively communicate Aurio's competitive advantages by demonstrating how our solutions can help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing necessary support to meet their requirements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed all performance targets.
  • Accurately document all sales activities in the system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Zoom, and familiar with CRM/ATS systems.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant background in sales, pharmaceuticals, biomedicine, or biology is preferred.
