Position Overview

As a vital member of the Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness team, this role is instrumental in executing the talent strategy for Nourish. The position collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, regional teams, and Business Unit leaders.

This role reports directly to the Global Head of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness and is situated within the IFF framework. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a keen desire for continuous learning, and the maturity to exercise sound judgment while demonstrating energy and discipline in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent, Centers of Excellence, and HR Business Partners to develop and implement essential talent development practices, programs, and tools.
  • Work alongside HR Business Partners to facilitate the execution of talent management practices, including talent assessments, organizational reviews, talent development, and succession planning for designated Business Units globally.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of talent development initiatives, encompassing both programmatic and non-programmatic approaches.
  • Assist the Data & Analytics team in creating impactful metrics, including talent dashboards, and perform basic statistical analysis and reporting to support stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans related to talent priorities, practices, and initiatives, ensuring timelines, metrics, documentation, learning, and communication are effectively executed.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Centers of Excellence, Senior HR Business Partners, Business Unit leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Research and recommend leading practices and technologies that align with organizational needs, introducing innovative methods, content, programs, and tools within IFF.
  • Promote HR and Talent initiatives to enhance awareness and participation as necessary.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Development preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a graduate degree is not required.
  • Demonstrated success in executing HR and/or Talent Development initiatives.
  • Ability to perform with urgency while maintaining excellence and a strong commitment to achieving results.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and alert.
  • Exceptional consulting and listening abilities.
  • Proven influence management skills, capable of engaging at various organizational levels.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools.
  • Excellence in execution.
  • A collaborative and inclusive team player with strong cultural awareness.
  • Ability to work effectively across different levels and regions within IFF.
