About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Cancer Data Coordinator to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in identifying, collecting, and maintaining accurate and complete cancer data.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and collect timely, accurate, and complete information about cancer diagnoses and treatments within RRMC.
  • Assist with compliance for an approved Cancer Program as set forth by the American College of Surgeons' Commission on Cancer (ACoS CoC).
  • Support tumor board meetings and cancer committee operations.
  • Analyze and report cancer data to ensure quality and promote growth and development within regional cancer programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Completion of a college-level Anatomy and Physiology course.
  • Prior medical office experience.
  • Tumor Registry experience.
  • Certified Tumor Registrar certification.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Moderate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Keyboarding and data entry abilities.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $23.53 and $34.78 per hour, based on industry standards and national averages.
