Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, addressing challenges related to space acquisition, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, construction, space reconfiguration, tenant outfitting, project administration, program management, logistics, and building upkeep.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in assisting project managers with commercial construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and terminology.
  • Experience tracking funding and space requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and in groups.
  • Ability to pass a suitability background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing complex new construction or major renovation commercial/government building projects.
  • Familiarity with design/construction of secure spaces.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management from an accredited university.
