Job Overview

ASR International is in search of a qualified Construction Management Representative/Engineer II with a Top-Secret clearance (or the capability to obtain one) to deliver exceptional construction management services for significant projects. This role involves providing oversight and support to government project teams engaged in construction, rehabilitation, and restoration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and inspect the activities of various construction contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to contract documents and applicable codes.
  • Promptly report any issues or safety hazards to the designated government representative.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings between government officials and construction contractors, documenting discussions and outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive daily and weekly reports for each project, detailing progress and outstanding issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to government project teams throughout the construction process.
  • Review and assess contractor submissions for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate safety measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations on all job sites.
  • Assist in resolving disputes and claims related to project execution.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a Top Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • A minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction management or engineering, preferably with federal projects.
  • Experience in managing multiple construction trades and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent government interests professionally.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
