Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies to support the achievement of business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers on performance improvement strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and action planning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and selection.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on relevant employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements.
  • Act as a change agent, driving organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with SAG AFTRA union representatives to address labor relations matters, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements and fostering a positive working relationship.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering or HR consulting.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends in HR management.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
What We Offer:
  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000.
  • 5 days in office for the first 6 months, then Hybrid work schedule.
  • Eligible for overtime and premium working holiday pay rate.
