Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Sony Corporation of America, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and employees, ensuring the effective management of our workforce and the delivery of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business growth and objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders and employees on HR-related matters
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage HR systems and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Proven track record of delivering HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of US and California labor laws, as well as HR best practices
