We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Global Engineering organization at NVIDIA. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic HR support to our engineering client groups, helping to drive business success and growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing HR support to our engineering client groups, including coaching and advising managers, compensation planning, and employee relations.
  • Partnering with our Engineering management to implement HR plans and programs aligned with NVIDIA's overall business goals.
  • Collaborating with our functional HR groups to drive business results and improve employee engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on client-facing support and business partnership.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and drive business insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse client groups.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
