Description: The Field Sales Consultant at Factory Cleaning Equipment by Jon Don is tasked with delivering exceptional sales and customer service expertise to attract prospective clients while maintaining support for our current clientele.

This role encompasses the sale of various segments of our offerings, which include:

  • New Equipment
  • Reconditioned Equipment
  • Rental Services
  • Aftermarket Solutions

Although this position is primarily remote, it will be backed by our dedicated branch. Occasional travel to the branch may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Equipment Demonstrations
  • Delivering Customer Presentations
  • Engaging in Cold Calling
  • Generating Leads

Essential Skills:

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Professionalism in providing courteous service to clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset, willing to undertake additional responsibilities

Additionally, candidates must be able to load and transport equipment using a tow-behind trailer.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Prior sales experience, both inside and outside
  • Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation Package:

Includes a competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure.

Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is typically high.
