Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, including calendars, phone calls, and team coordination
Prepare reports, correspondence, and memos; review documents for accuracy, appropriate markings, spelling, and grammar
Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements (domestic/international); manage expense reports
Input data into company systems, generate charts, tables, reports, and other materials
Assist in preparation of customer and internal management reports and presentations
Maintain deadlines, action items, and assist with special tasks
Interface with senior leaders and external/internal customers

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of professional administrative experience, including supporting senior leaders in a large organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) with strong data presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information
Experience in calendar management, coordinating schedules, and handling multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment, meet deadlines, and learn new skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Raytheon administrative tools (WEBTE)
Six Sigma Specialist certification
Professional presence with strong phone/reception skills

Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph (must maintain clearance throughout employment)
