Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

Ryder is an industry leader in logistics and transportation management, committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer, and/or other suppliers as needed.
  • Update area or shift metrics as needed using the location's WMS system.
  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports, memos, and summaries of a technical and/or confidential nature.
  • Floor work and additional duties as assigned.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks for the area or shift, maintaining filing systems and documents.
  • Gather and provide information to floor employees in your area of support.
  • Coordinate activities, meetings, and communication for the specific area or shift.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year or more of clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
  • One year or more of experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
  • One year or more of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates customer service skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
