National Account Business Development Representative

Job Description
This is a critical position on our National Accounts team, who is responsible for bringing new commercial business to many of our franchise owners. The National Account Support Specialist is the conduit between the commercial account and the franchise owner. The primary duties include ensuring that service level agreements are in place, working with scheduling, documentation review, communications, and invoicing the accounts for the franchise owner.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide training and support to team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports
