Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee daily tactical planning requirements.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external media partners.
  • Design and implement media strategies for clients, focusing on multi-channel healthcare media plans.
  • Promote media partnerships to enhance marketplace capabilities.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days of in-office presence each week. Specific details regarding accommodations will be discussed during the interview process.

Your Contributions:Essential Knowledge:
  • Comprehensive understanding of agency operations and workflow.
  • Insight into client business objectives and goals.
  • Ability to translate client objectives into effective media investment and management strategies.
  • Familiarity with the planning process and media marketplace.
  • Awareness of the partner landscape.
Daily Activities:
  • Supervise the execution of tasks within the Partner Direct team.
  • Lead the media planning process, ensuring adherence to timelines and alignment of partner recommendations with media strategies.
  • Present tactical plans to client teams.
  • Negotiate rates effectively.
  • Develop points of view on new partners and media offerings.
Relationship Management:
  • Foster talent development and ensure smooth team operations.
  • Manage team assignments and provide regular communication regarding client and project objectives.
  • Encourage a positive work environment and mentor junior team members.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client contacts and media partners.
  • Collaborate with leadership across various capabilities and teams.
  • Support planning systems and tools effectively.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Expertise across multiple channels, audiences, and campaign types, including Digital, Video, Audio, Print, OOH, HCP, and Payer/Managed Markets.
  • Proficient in creating presentations, creative briefs, and industry summaries.
  • Strong client relationship skills with a client-centric perspective.
  • Ability to translate concepts into actionable media plans.

All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $115,500. This range reflects the anticipated pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications and position requirements.
