Job Overview

As we expand, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant who is proactive, possesses sound judgment, and has a keen interest in a career within professional services. This role will provide vital support to the Marketing department through various administrative functions, including graphic design, website management, digital marketing initiatives, and event coordination, all aimed at promoting the firm's services, enhancing its reputation, and attracting new clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create and develop marketing advertisements for the firm.
  • Utilize AI tools to repurpose content and design infographics.
  • Maintain and distribute marketing materials and brochures as required.
  • Assist attorneys in enhancing client presentations.

Website Management:

  • Update and manage content for the firm’s website, practice areas, and attorney profiles.
  • Develop innovative concepts to improve website functionality.
  • Oversee SEO strategies, Google Ads, and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Collaborate with vendors to monitor website performance and implement necessary changes.
  • Analyze website metrics using analytics tools.

Event Coordination:

  • Manage invitations, registrations, and maintain attendee lists for events.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of event materials.
  • Attend events as necessary and assist with follow-up activities.
  • Plan and execute client-facing events, industry conferences, sponsorships, and other engagement activities.

Administrative Duties:

  • Coordinate professional photo sessions for attorneys as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and the distribution of client gifts.
  • Oversee the allocation of sports and entertainment tickets for attorneys and clients.
  • Support marketing department colleagues as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Co-Pilot, and Google Analytics.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or graphic work.
  • Basic understanding of the legal competitive landscape is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a professional environment, preferably within a law firm; three years is preferred.
