Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our recruitment initiatives at eLink Recruiting Solutions, Inc. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from attracting and sourcing candidates to the final hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from job specification to employment offer. Responsibilities include posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, screening applicants, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Job Fair Coordination: Organize and manage recruitment job fairs to attract potential candidates.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers while managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Perform interviews to assess and summarize candidates' relevant skills and experiences.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively maintain a slate of candidates for current and future openings, including backfilling for absences.
  • Networking: Build and maintain industry-specific partnerships for effective networking.
  • Sourcing Model Evaluation: Analyze and identify opportunities within the current sourcing model to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Applicant Tracking: Enter candidates into the in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate documentation of all applicant activities.
  • Offer Letter Management: Collaborate with the HR Manager to create and distribute offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth applicant flow and timely follow-up.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience with social media tools, particularly LinkedIn, for candidate sourcing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of internet resources, search engines, job boards, and industry-specific websites.
  • Ability to assess talent and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of business strategies and the implications of HR policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, capable of influencing decisions and collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems.
