Work Arrangement

This is a full-time role, offering a hybrid work model that includes a blend of onsite and remote workdays, tailored to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert guidance and best practices in areas such as change management, employee retention, workforce planning, talent development, diversity initiatives, succession planning, performance management, and compensation strategies.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new managers, ensuring they are well-prepared to lead effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments and implement leading-edge people solutions by collaborating with People Operations Centers of Expertise.
  • Enhance the development of emerging talent and establish a robust leadership succession planning framework to ensure a diverse and capable leadership pipeline.
  • Empower leaders to make informed talent decisions and hold teams accountable for performance outcomes, providing insightful feedback and coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, continuously assessing organizational needs to enhance engagement and productivity while proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and benchmarks to strategically position the workforce and the organization.

Qualifications for Success

To qualify for the Strategic People Partner Staff III level, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant HR business partner experience.
  • A proven ability to establish trust and credibility across all organizational levels and to build a strong internal network to support key initiatives.
  • Demonstrated strategic insight, business acumen, and a results-oriented approach.
  • A track record of implementing high-impact people and organizational strategies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to inform people and organizational solutions.
  • Experience in navigating complex cultural and business dynamics.
  • Exceptional skills in leading significant change management initiatives.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness in all professional dealings.
  • The capability to devise solutions for intricate people and organizational challenges.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance issued by the U.S. government.

For the Strategic People Partner Staff IV level, candidates should have:

  • 10+ years of HR business partner experience with a Bachelor's degree, or
  • 8+ years of HR business partner experience with a Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

It would be advantageous to have:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • A strong history as an HR Business Partner and trusted advisor.
  • Experience supporting a technical workforce predominantly comprised of advanced degree holders.
