Position Overview:
We are seeking a Head of People and Culture Strategy to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing key People & Culture initiatives, including performance management and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies to meet business goals.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making processes and implement best practices in people management.
- Oversee the implementation of People & Culture programs, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide training, coaching, and support to employees and leaders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify employee growth opportunities and foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze engagement data and partner with leadership to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Work closely with the VP of People & Culture on performance management, total rewards, and talent succession planning.
- Develop change management strategies for new initiatives and organizational changes.
- Utilize data to inform people strategies and ensure compliance with human resources initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in people, organization, and culture roles, with at least 5 years as a strategic HR Business Partner.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong partnership orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on execution and follow-through.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in monitoring employee engagement and implementing strategies to enhance it.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
