Position Overview:

We are seeking a Head of People and Culture Strategy to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing key People & Culture initiatives, including performance management and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies to meet business goals.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making processes and implement best practices in people management.
  • Oversee the implementation of People & Culture programs, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide training, coaching, and support to employees and leaders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify employee growth opportunities and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze engagement data and partner with leadership to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Work closely with the VP of People & Culture on performance management, total rewards, and talent succession planning.
  • Develop change management strategies for new initiatives and organizational changes.
  • Utilize data to inform people strategies and ensure compliance with human resources initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in people, organization, and culture roles, with at least 5 years as a strategic HR Business Partner.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong partnership orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on execution and follow-through.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Proven ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in monitoring employee engagement and implementing strategies to enhance it.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
