We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new residential customers through door-to-door contact and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new residential customers
  • Conduct needs analysis with prospective customers and present tailored sales solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor activities and market trends
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen and articulate pitches
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Success in a previous sales position, prospecting, or cold calling
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services and data networking fundamentals
Working Conditions
  • Spends approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season
  • Minimal time in an office environment
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels
