About the Role

Hudson Pacific Properties is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our Corporate office in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and coordinating employee events and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Spearhead the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining HR compliance.
  • HRIS Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data, including creating and maintaining employee records, making necessary changes, and updating platform home pages.
  • Employee Events and Training: Coordinate employee events, training, and other initiatives to support the growth and development of our team members.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including pulling reports, auditing data, and maintaining organizational charts.
  • Email Inbox Management: Manage the People & Culture email inbox, responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues to the P&C Manager or Director as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and I-9 verifications; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
