Position Summary:

We are in search of a Senior Claims Support Specialist who will play a crucial role in delivering administrative and clerical assistance to our Claims Team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in designated systems for accessibility by others.
  • Update standard reports and comprehend the relevant information.
  • Research pertinent information and provide answers to essential inquiries from specified sources.
  • Utilize knowledge to assist in resolving issues of limited scope and complexity.
  • Adhere to established protocols and procedures.
  • Communicate with other internal departments and team members as necessary.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries for the department.
  • Engage in communications that are primarily task-oriented, involving the creation and delivery of various types of messages and information.
  • Serve as a backup for the front desk receptionist when required.
  • Execute special projects and additional duties as assigned.

  • Strong communication abilities.

  • Capability to follow established processes.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in the use of various core systems, office equipment, and software applications.

Compensation Overview:

The comprehensive hiring range for this position is $31.20 per hour. However, the base salary offered may differ based on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, as well as other factors such as the role's scope and location. Candidates seeking compensation outside the listed range are encouraged to apply and will be evaluated based on their individual qualifications and may be considered for alternative positions.
