Pinnacle Services Inc. offers a full-time position for Individual Support Coordinators.
This role is ideal for those interested in advancing their careers in social services and healthcare.
Work Schedule:
The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work a 40-hour schedule, collaborating with the Program Manager/Program Director to establish a timetable that may encompass morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record, as determined by Pinnacle Services policy, are required.
Individual Support Coordinators should exhibit patience, empathy, and adaptability.
Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to build trusting relationships with clients are essential.
Experience in a personalized one-on-one environment, particularly with individuals who have mental and developmental disabilities, is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
Comprehensive training will be provided to candidates who are offered a position.
Hourly wage is competitive at $15-$15.
