Position Overview
As a Service Coordinator, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to create and execute engaging, meaningful programs for our clients. This role offers reliable weekday hours, with no evening or weekend shifts required.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Develop personal connections with clients and their families to tailor individualized program plans.
- Program and Activity Planning: Utilize your creativity to design enjoyable and fulfilling activities both within our centers and in the community.
- Direct Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Qualifications

- Experience: You meet Minnesota's standards as a Designated Coordinator under 245D and have a strong understanding of disability services.
