Position Summary:

We are currently in search of a Senior Claims Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in delivering administrative and clerical assistance to our Claims Team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in designated systems, ensuring accessibility for team members.
  • Regularly update routine reports and comprehend the information provided.
  • Proactively seek relevant information and answers from defined sources.
  • Utilize knowledge to address problems of limited scope and complexity.
  • Adhere to established procedures diligently.
  • Communicate with other internal departments and team members as necessary.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries for the department.
  • Engage in communications that are primarily task-oriented, delivering varied messages and information.
  • Serve as a backup for the front desk receptionist when required.
  • Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as assigned.

  • Ability to adhere to established processes.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in the use of various core systems, office equipment, and software applications.

Compensation Overview:

The compensation range for this position is $31.20 per hour. The base pay offered may vary based on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, as well as other factors related to the role.
