A Fresh Approach to Results

Are you an effective problem-solver and communicator? If so, Canteen One has an exciting opportunity for you Our Client Support Coordinator plays a vital role in providing information, communication, and resolutions to vendors, ensuring the successful implementation of new client initiatives and ongoing programs.

This position involves managing escalated project issues from clients, fostering relationships with assigned vendors to facilitate project resolutions, and escalating project deadlines to upper management to ensure compliance with client timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee new store openings, client rollouts, and modifications to existing client programs within vendor branches while ensuring deadlines are met. Report project statuses to team members and vendor branches, coordinate schedules for vendor transitions, and communicate client expectations effectively.
  • Recordkeeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate records and manage data communication with stakeholders. Follow up on outstanding issues with vendor branches to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

We require a minimum of two years of intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and calculations, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word. Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for developing and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills, along with strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, are crucial. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with JD Edwards, Business Objects, or similar ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) and report writing tools (e.g., Crystal Reports) is highly desirable.

Education:

A high school diploma is required, with post-secondary education preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is ideal, with one year of advanced customer service experience required for degree holders, and three years for those with a high school diploma.

Experience in managing accounts, projects, and vendor/client relationships is strongly preferred.
