About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area, fostering strong relationships with automotive dealers, and driving substantial sales growth. The primary objective is to influence auto dealers to submit retail auto loan applications and ensure they consistently meet Lobel Financial's performance standards.
What You'll Achieve- Consistently Exceed Sales Goals: Develop and implement strategies to consistently exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Foster Strong Relationships with Automotive Dealers: Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers to enhance collaboration and increase profitability for both companies.
- Expand Our Reach: Actively seek and onboard new dealerships, expanding Lobel Financial's reach and market presence.
- Influence Dealer Behavior: Communicate the value of Lobel Financial's products and services effectively; providing outstanding support to dealer accounts in your sphere of influence.
- Plan and Organize Your Time: Strategically plan and organize your daily activities to maximize potential selling opportunities and generate revenue for Lobel Financial.
The estimated salary for this role is $125,000 - $155,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Qualifications and Skills- Proven Sales Experience: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently, particularly in automotive finance or subprime finance sectors.
- Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Must possess strong relationship-building skills with a dealer-centric approach.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.
- Ability to Travel Extensively: Willingness to travel extensively to engage with dealer clients and prospects alike.
- Previous Experience in Subprime Auto Finance: Previous experience delivering positive outcomes in subprime auto finance environment.
