Job Description

Lobel Financial Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with automotive dealers.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Dealer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with automotive dealers to enhance collaboration and increase profitability.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven sales leadership experience in the automotive finance sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to engage with dealers and their clients.
