POSITION SUMMARY

As a New Home Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, guiding a talented sales team towards achieving exceptional results in the homebuilding sector. Your leadership will be crucial in formulating effective sales strategies, nurturing a culture of excellence, and ensuring remarkable customer satisfaction. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Business Growth: Initiate and implement strategies for new business development to surpass sales goals.
  • Sales Engagement: Actively engage in the sales process to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends to inform strategic planning and contribute to sales forecasting.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales-related documents.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute sales events to enhance customer engagement.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed about product offerings through continuous training.
  • Sales Presentations: Refine and enhance sales presentations to meet high performance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an associate's degree with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales and customer service, with leadership experience in real estate or new home sales.
  • WA Real Estate License is mandatory.
  • Strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM tools and training team members on their use.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to travel locally as needed.
