Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals set by management.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain accurate records in Salesforce to maximize sales opportunities.
- Present a confident and knowledgeable demeanor to clients, fostering trust and rapport.
- Consistently adhere to a structured sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing contracts and sales documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Foster a positive customer experience by setting clear expectations and educating clients on the home buying process.
- Proactively address customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate with the Realtor/Broker community to drive sales generated by outside Realtors, building strong partnerships.
- Utilize Salesforce and other contact management tools to streamline processes and enhance sales performance.
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional Customer Service: At least 3 years of experience in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A creative approach to problem-solving with empathy and confidence, prioritizing the company's interests.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
*In addition to an annual profit share paid quarterly, this position offers sales commissions. On average, our Residential Sales Specialists earn between $85,000 to $175,000 annually.
Salary Description
$30K plus commission and profit share
