KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Objectives: Achieve monthly sales and appointment targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Client Follow-Up: Maintain communication with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries. Ensure all leads are followed up and accurately entered into our systems.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with potential homebuyers, provide detailed information about homes, respond to questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position and sell homes.
- Professional Growth: Actively seek opportunities for professional development through training sessions, workshops, and industry events to enhance sales skills.
- Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks related to sales, including maintaining customer records and preparing reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- 1-3 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on empathy and confidence.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Regular travel within designated areas is necessary.
