- Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals established by management.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher through proactive engagement and exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 3 years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and empathetic problem-solving abilities, prioritizing the company's interests.
