KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals established by management.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and keep accurate records in our sales management system.
  • Present a confident and knowledgeable demeanor to clients, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Consistently adhere to a structured sales process to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing contracts and sales documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 3 years of successful sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and empathetic problem-solving abilities, prioritizing the company's interests.
