KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals established by management.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and keep accurate records in our sales management system.
  • Present a confident and knowledgeable demeanor to clients, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Consistently adhere to a structured sales process to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing contracts and sales documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate a positive customer experience by setting clear expectations and educating clients on the home buying process.
  • Address customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals to drive external sales, building strong partnerships.
  • Utilize sales management software to streamline processes and enhance sales performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 3 years of successful sales experience with a record of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated excellence in customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and empathetic problem-solving approach, prioritizing the company's interests.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Regular travel within the designated sales area is necessary.
