ROLE PURPOSE

As a New Home Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in achieving Pacific Lifestyle Homes Inc's sales targets by delivering outstanding customer service and effectively marketing our exquisite new home communities. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a friendly approach to connect with our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Objectives: Achieve monthly sales and appointment targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain communication with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries. Ensure thorough follow-up with all leads and accurate entry into the CRM system.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with potential homebuyers, provide detailed home information, respond to inquiries, and guide them through the purchasing process. Aim for a satisfaction rate of 90% or higher in customer surveys.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes to effectively market and sell homes.
  • Professional Growth: Actively seek opportunities for skill enhancement through training sessions, workshops, and industry events.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks related to sales, including maintaining customer records and preparing reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales goals.
  • 1-3 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on empathy and confidence.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Regular travel within the designated sales area is necessary.
