Position Overview

The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes for fee earners across our US locations. This position emphasizes the recruitment of associates and summer associates, while also providing assistance in the recruitment of lateral partners and business services personnel as needed. The annual salary is competitive and based on experience, ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all facets of the firm's recruitment processes for summer associates, entry-level positions, and lateral associates.
  • Manage the summer associate program, which includes coordinating orientation and onboarding activities, organizing social events, supporting workflow management, serving as a liaison to candidates, and facilitating evaluation processes at mid-summer and end-of-summer.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in talent acquisition to revise job descriptions and recruitment materials, ensuring a unified message across all offices.
  • Engage in campus outreach by fostering relationships with key law schools, including career services and student organizations.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruiting agencies and candidates regarding available positions.
  • Assist in managing various recruitment-related databases and tracking pertinent information, including recruitment and hiring expenditures.
  • Support the strategic objectives of the local and global Recruitment Committee and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in relation to recruitment initiatives and outreach.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of recruitment experience within a law firm setting is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient project management skills, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet various deadlines.
