About the Role
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator and a member of the Boldly team, you will be essential in delivering outstanding administrative assistance. You will have the opportunity to select the clients you support based on shared values and personal preferences.

These are long-term roles where you will foster meaningful partnerships with the executives you assist while gaining invaluable experience across various sectors.

Your work will be entirely remote and flexible, with no evening or weekend hours required. This full-time position necessitates your availability for 40 hours each week during standard business hours.
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, your professional expertise will be applied to a diverse array of tasks, including:
- Managing appointment schedules and calendars
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Arranging travel logistics, including flights and accommodations
- Optimizing the executive's time by reviewing, researching, and directing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; gathering and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf
- Overseeing multiple email accounts for executives
- Handling expense management
- Providing customer and supplier support
- Other administrative responsibilities as required
About You

You possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior administrative support role, where you have provided assistance as an executive coordinator in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple high-level executives.

Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 7 years of direct experience as an executive coordinator or senior administrative assistant to one or more executives (general administrative experience in another role will not qualify)
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in calendar management, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for executives
- At least 2 years of experience in coordinating executive travel, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing and organizing the email inbox of senior leaders
- Advanced proficiency in online software such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other widely used productivity tools
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work as necessary
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
- Quick learner of new tools
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong writing abilities
- Capability to work independently and thrive under deadline pressure
- Solution-oriented mindset
