We are looking for a prospective team member for the position of Senior Vice President, Procurement Operations to become part of our Enterprise Sourcing Office - Onboarding division.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations roles facilitate the comprehensive procurement cycle from initiation to payment. These roles are categorized into specialized groups that manage various components of the procurement process, including Procurement Systems, Accounts Payable, Procurement Analytics, and Contract Management. Responsibilities include establishing a robust global framework comprising policies, procedures, and systems while ensuring procurement practices align with Business and Environmental Sustainability objectives. Additionally, these roles provide sourcing analytics and reporting, recommending enhancements as necessary, and frequently collaborating with stakeholders to meet established service requirements and outcomes.

This position emphasizes Contract Management, focusing on supporting our business partners effectively.

Qualifications for Success:
  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is required, with a preference for a degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience is preferred, particularly in procurement and sourcing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and understanding contracts is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex workflow inquiries and process-related issues from various stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (including Vlookups, dashboards), MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Project Management skills with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in Customer Service, collaboration, and decision-making within established policy frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Compliance, Sourcing, and Vendor Management is advantageous.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and objectives in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of vendor and risk management is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of the Procurement/Sourcing process from a Contract Management perspective:
Contract Management Responsibilities:
  • Act as a consultant within the Contract Management Support Services Team, advising business partners.
  • Guide business partners through the Enterprise Sourcing and Third Party Risk management processes, serving as a process expert.
  • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of the Contract Repository.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management regarding process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Global Procurement, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal.
  • Deliver spend analyses, performance tracking, and regulatory compliance support as needed.
Sourcing Responsibilities:

• Support business or vendor partners by developing plans for assigned activities, including Systems, Analysis, Invoice Processing, Sustainable Procurement, and Contract Management. Collaborate with S2P managers to ensure effective execution throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects.

• Independently conduct complex analyses and create, manipulate, and present reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools. Leverage advanced knowledge of broader S2P processes to enhance work quality and mentor junior team members.

• Proactively identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance report quality, timeliness, and relevance.

• Utilize relationships within the S2P team to consistently deliver complex tasks related to assigned activities, focusing on improving the end-to-end S2P process.

• Develop the ability to lead project workstreams and identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives.
