Upon completion of the program, you will be expected to:

Exhibit proficiency in conducting client meetings, presenting Aztec's offerings, posing qualifying inquiries, following up, and nurturing client relationships.

Demonstrate the ability to identify and qualify potential opportunities, ensure proper internal routing, negotiate contracts, and secure new business.

Effectively lead meetings to review pricing dashboards and reports, providing actionable recommendations to enhance win rates or reassess strategies with clients where success has been limited.

Enhance revenue and foster relationships with the current client portfolio.

Generate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and utilizing company-provided tools.

Respond to pricing inquiries and provide accurate quotes.
Maintain clear communication with clients, shippers, and receivers regarding any changes in pick-up/delivery schedules and potential service disruptions.
Surpass established benchmarks for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals, and closures for both yourself and the broader team.

Implement and track strategies and tactical objectives to optimize sales and profitability, ensuring that sales goals are consistently met and exceeded.

Education and Experience
