Key Responsibilities:

As a Risk & Security Client Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with Managers and C-Level Executives to comprehend their business requirements, formulate strategies to mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations, uphold security measures, and assist in the recruitment of highly skilled professionals in this domain. You will experience significant professional development through our top-tier training programs and our sales and leadership career trajectories. Networking opportunities at industry trade shows and seminars will allow you to promote our Risk & Security services. Acting as a liaison for clients with various divisions, including Digital, DevOps, and Data Services, you will address information requests, including proposals and inquiries, under the mentorship of R&S Executive Advisors and Global Services teams.

This role offers substantial growth potential alongside an attractive compensation package, which includes a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure. You will be part of a vibrant and diverse culture that fosters collaboration to help achieve both personal and professional aspirations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of business-to-business global sales experience, particularly in selling services or intangible products, with a background in consulting services from major firms or the security sector.
  • A foundational understanding and keen interest in Risk, Compliance, and Security principles.
  • A proven track record of meeting or surpassing revenue goals and sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, resulting in exceptional client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
