Senior Administrative Executive

The Senior Administrative Executive will support the Market Chief Executive Officer or Hospital Chief Executive Officer across multiple locations in achieving annual profit targets, managing expenses, and fostering physician relationships.
Business Development: Collaborate with the hospital CEO/Market CEO to translate annual revenue and profit objectives into actionable plans that drive success.
Assist in formulating strategies to boost patient volume by engaging specific physicians within the medical staff and evaluating the need for additional physicians.
Cost Management: Aid the hospital CEO/Market CEO in maintaining a balance between revenue generation and cost control.
Regularly assess departmental performance and recommend corrective measures to department heads.
Physician Relations: Work alongside the hospital CEO/Market CEO to enhance relationships with the medical staff.
Provide insights on addressing challenges with individual physicians.
Support physician recruitment efforts and identify opportunities for new services or capital investments.
Coaching and Development: Partner with department managers to evaluate performance, identify strengths, and address development needs while offering coaching support.
Share best practices from both internal and external experiences.
Recommend additional training opportunities to enhance departmental performance.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably in Business Administration).
A Master's degree in hospital or healthcare administration is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of three to four years of proven leadership in a healthcare management role.
Comprehensive understanding of revenue generation and physician practice development.
Fundamental knowledge of hospital financial systems is essential.
Proven ability to recruit, lead, coach, and develop staff to achieve job success.
Demonstrated business acumen with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying core issues, formulating solutions, and mentoring others.
