LPN Salary Range: $26-$36

RN Salary Range: $32.50-$48.00

12-Hour Shifts (Rotating Not Required): 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts.

Sign-On Bonuses:

$10,000 for Full-Time Positions

$5,000 for Part-Time Positions

Good Samaritan Society-Park River is a 60-bed facility providing both skilled and basic care. Our residents are supported by a dedicated team ensuring continuity of care. The surrounding community offers progressive medical facilities, including an eye clinic, dental clinic, and hospital/clinic. Local amenities include excellent fishing opportunities and cultural experiences within a short drive.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for employing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and assess care. Demonstrates proficiency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards as required in their clinical setting. Provides care throughout all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsible for coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, providing education, and performing various nursing interventions.

May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and effective resident care. Provides necessary support to delegates to guarantee reliable administration of care and resolution of service concerns. Functions within the standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and relevant Administrative Rules.

Qualifications

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is desirable.

Must hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Must obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
