Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our team. The primary goal of this role is to cultivate and sustain a workforce adept at executing warehouse and logistics operations safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will consistently seek innovative solutions to enhance productivity, service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will champion continuous improvement in processes and systems while fostering teamwork, minimizing costs, and nurturing employee development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support frameworks that promote operational excellence in distribution, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard warehouse personnel while facilitating their professional growth through training and responsibility delegation.
  • Analyze operational expenses and implement cost-control measures.
  • Prioritize safety and accident prevention within the facility, participating in regular safety meetings.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and salary reviews, ensuring a system that recognizes high achievers and supports workforce development.
  • Encourage innovative problem-solving among team members to drive district growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment and support preventive maintenance initiatives.
  • Monitor shipping and receiving operations to enhance efficiency in scheduling and resource utilization.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement.

Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a relevant industry.
  • Strong background in processing and manufacturing.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • A valid Driver's License.

Educational Background:
A degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred. Candidates with equivalent experience and training will also be considered.
